Discrimination and Environmental Hazards
We are no longer charging additional premium for the discrimination and environmental hazards coverages on the Real Estate Errors & Omissions policy.
- The discrimination endorsement will automatically include a sub-limit of up to $100,000.
- The environmental hazards endorsement will be automatically included up to policy limits at no additional charge.
Both enhancements are included in the standard policy and are available in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CT, DE, DC, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, NH, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY. More states will be approved in the coming months.
