New to Selling Flood?

To sell flood insurance through the Schinnerer Flood program, you must complete the one-time FEMA Flood Continuing Education (CE) course. Each state has passed regulations based on the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004. Review the education requirements in your state.

Flood Hazard Mapping

Flood hazard maps, also known as Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), are used to develop floodplain management regulations, calculate premium rates, and fulfill flood insurance requirements. Review the Nation’s flood-prone areas and flood-risk zones to know which clients are most at-risk.

Associate in National Flood Insurance Designation (ANFI)

The ANFI™ designation reinforces the technical and practical knowledge and skills needed to confidently and accurately handle all aspects of flood insurance coverage.
